STRATEGIES FOR DEVELOPING LEARNING AND INNOVATION SKILLS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTSIN THE 11TH OFFICIAL INSPECTION AREA (NAKHON PHANOM, MUKDAHAN, SAKON NAKHON)

This research article aims to: 1) analyze the components of learning and innovation skills of elementary school students in Inspection Area 11, 2) study the current and ideal state of learning and innovation skills of elementary school students in Inspection Area 11, 3) develop strategies to enhance the learning and innovation skills of elementary school students in Inspection Area 11, and 4) assess the appropriateness and feasibility of these strategies. A mixed-method research approach was used. The population and sample group included school administrators and academic teachers in Inspection Area 11. Research instruments included questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using percentages, mean, standard deviation, and PNI Modified.
The research findings indicated that: 1. Learning and innovation skills for elementary students consist of three main components: 1) creativity and innovation, which includes sub-components of creative thinking, working creatively with others, and applying innovation; 2) critical thinking and problem-solving, with sub-components including data analysis for decision-making, problem-solving, effective reasoning, and systematic thinking; and 3) communication and collaboration, with sub-components of cooperating with others, effective communication, and using media and technology. 2. The current state of students' learning and innovation skills is at a moderate level overall, while the ideal state is at the highest level. 3. Strategies for developing learning and innovation skills in elementary students include 10 visions, 12 missions, 9 objectives, 12 strategies, 32 goals, 32 implementation methods, and 37 indicators. 4. The strategy manual for enhancing elementary students' learning and innovation skills is overall deemed highly appropriate
