BUSINESS OPERATION OPTIMISM GUIDELINE FOR TELECOMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE OF UNDERGROUND FIBER OPTIC NETWORK IN BANGKOK

The purpose of this research was to study an existing conditions of fiber optic network business to identify the outstanding problem for development. The researcher conducted research by using qualitative research from in-depth interviews with 23 informants including governmentsector, telecommunication business entrepreneurs and particular entrepreneurs using fiber optic network to be a core business tool.
The research found that the strategic using Thailand team are the key for proactive solutions to minimize the existing problem and to be the business operation optimism guideline for telecommunication infrastructure of underground fiber optic network in Bangkok. There are three (3) methodologies of the business guideline via organizing, planning and design for implementation. All statehooder or parties should be use these guidelines for optimism operation of an underground fiber optic network business in Bangkok
