Evaluation of the public service quality of Don Mueang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the evaluation of public service quality of Don Mueang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan, and 2) to compare the evaluation of public service quality of Don Mueang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan, classified according to the status of people. The research was quantitative. The population was people living in Don Mueang, Bangkok Metropolitan, 165,939 people. The sample size was determined according to Taro Yamane's table. The sample was 384 people. Tools used in the research was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using percentages, averages, and standard deviations, t -test, One-Way Anowa. The research results found that:
- the evaluation of public service quality of Don Mueang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan, overall, it was at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that the quality of public service was at a high level in every aspect ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.55). The number one ranking was education ( = 3.92, S.D. = 0.45), followed by public health
( = 3.91, S.D. = 0.54), and parks ( = 3.69), S.D. = 0.65), civil registration ( = 3.65, S.D. = 0.55), public utilities ( = 3.54, S.D. = 0.65), and disaster prevention and relief. ( = 3.52,
S.D. = 0.65) respectively - Comparison the evaluation of public service quality of Don Mueang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan, classified according to the status of people was found that people with gender, age, marital status, occupation, and educational level and duration of residence in Don Mueang District Office, Bangkok Metropolitan were difference, overall, and every aspect was no different.
