Abstract

            The objectives of this research article were: 1) To study conditions and problems to develop an online Chinese language teaching system for students of Mahidol University. 2) To develop a study model of conditions and problems in order to develop an online Chinese language teaching system for students of Mahidol University. Mix-Methods Research. Method for applying the concept/theory of teaching and learning management online teaching. Research area were Faculty of Arts Mahidol University. The sample group were students of Mahidol University. 46 people, Qualitative, Interview with Chinese experts, 46 people, The research instruments were questionnaires, interview forms and group discussions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, median, and content analysis of descriptive writing.

            The results showed that: 1) Teaching Chinese is difficult, shortage of teachers, Lack of promotion of the use of Chinese outside the classroom, lack of teaching materials. 2) Create and present a PAISAN (E) Model consisting of 7 components.

            Knowledge/findings from this research: Students are encouraged to do online activities, Have teaching materials, Interest, Flexibility of the time structure, Online activity, A new normal was born and Evaluation was made.
