Service Quality of Tha Ruea Police Station officers

The study aimed to explore opinions of citizens on the service quality of Tha Ruea Police Station officers. It was an applied survey research using a questionnaire to collect data. The sample group obtained by accidental sampling consisted of 327 citizens who came to use services at Tha Ruea Police Station. Data analysis was carried out by performing statistical hypothesis tests using t-test, F-test and Scheffe’s Multiple Comparison Test at significance level 0.05.
The results showed that:
- 1. According to the overall opinions of the citizens, the service quality of the Tha Ruea Police Station officers received very good quality ratings (Mean=4.09, S.D.=.67).
- 2. Each aspect of the service quality received very good quality ratings. The aspects that received the highest quality ratings were the ability of the police offers who provide services (Mean=4.13, S.D.=.70), location and facilities (Mean=4.08, S.D.=.67), and establishing credibility and confidence with citizens who are service users (Mean=4.07, S.D.=.67) respectively.
