Abstract

The purposes of this research were : to study the practical and desirable condition and to develop the strategies for world class standard schools administration according to the philosophy of sufficient economy under the secondary educational service area office 25. The sample group used in this research totaled 402 persons including 60 administrators and 342 teachers in world class standard schools under the secondary educational service area office 25, Khon Kaen province. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability at 0.96 and Index of Item–Objective Congruence (IOC) between 0.80-1.00. The statistics were analyzed by using computer program.

The research results were as follows:

  1. The practice and desirable conditions in world class standard schools administration according to the philosophy of sufficient economy under the secondary educational service area office 25 were found that in overall were rated at a high level when considering in each aspects, it was found that the highest average was : world class standard teaching and learning according to the philosophy of sufficient economy, the networking of co-development and the promotion of students' potential according to philosophy of sufficient economy, quality system management according to philosophy of sufficient economy and the students' potential to be global citizenship according to the philosophy of sufficient economy respectively.
