Abstract

At present, business operations are subject to competition. Entrepreneurs must run their businesses creatively. By using modern information technology appropriately. Promoting a good image for the business helps make operations efficient, create satisfaction, which leads to confidence and loyalty to the organization, and help create a competitive advantage in the digital economy era. It is a strategic and organizational resource that directly affects the organization’s competitiveness. High-performance organizations will create and use information technology resources better than organizations with lower efficiency, which will also reinforce their ability to adapt. In this academic article, the author will present: 1) competitive advantage strategies; 2) information technology, 3) digital economy, and 4) business adaptation in the digital economy era to meet the needs, convenience, and speed that will help businesses be efficient in their services, reduce operating costs, and create business differences, resulting in increased income and profits and being able to create a competitive advantage for businesses.
