Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to examine the factors that influence and drive innovation in school management, particularly in the development of school administrators. The study aims to test the consistency of the proposed model in fostering sustainability and enhancing efficiency in school management within the context of the digital era. The research methodology adopts a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative techniques to ensure comprehensive analysis and robust findings.

The research results revealed that:

1 The elements and guidelines for the development of educational professional skills in driving and enhancing innovation in educational institution management for the development of school administrators, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency in the digital age, consist of four components: Innovative Leadership, Culture of Innovative Educational Institutions, Support for Educational Personnel to Foster Innovation, and Creative Learning Management.

  1. Normal multiple regression coefficient of factor factors in the forecast equation. Forecast equation in the form of raw score = 1.073 + 0.289 (IL) + 0.186 (MQ) + 0.165 (HR) + 0.140 (EFF), Equations in the form of standard scores y = 0.380 (IL) + 0.223 (MQ) + 0.204 (HR) + 0.202 (EFF)
  2. The analysis of the relationship model indicates that the observed variables within each latent variable of the model, as outlined in the research hypothesis, serve as valid indicators in accordance with the research conceptual framework.
  3. The external exogenous variable is Innovative Leadership, while the internal latent variables include Influential Innovative School Culture, Creative Learning Management, and Support for Educational Personnel to Foster Innovation. The external exogenous variable is linked to the internal latent variables by impacting the management of innovative educational institutions in the digital era.
  4. The evaluation of the feasibility and usefulness of the professional skills development model for driving and enhancing innovation in educational institution management, particularly in executive development, demonstrated statistically significant feasibility and benefits at the .01 level.

The model developed by the researcher can be utilized to benefit the training of teachers and educational personnel, enabling them to design learning management systems and enhance the quality of learners to be suited as global citizens. It also aims to develop schools to be well-prepared to provide diverse learning opportunities, and to cultivate teachers and school administrators to become innovators, ensuring sustainability and efficiency in the digital era.
