QUALITY TRILOGY MANAGEMENT MODEL OF ADMINISTRATORS AT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICES IN THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTORATE AREA 4

Abstract

            This research article has the objective : 1) To study the general conditions regarding the administration of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the government inspectorate area 4. 2) To analyze the components of quality Triology management model of the administrators of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the government inspectorate area 4. 3) to create quality Triology management model of the administrators of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the government inspectorate area 4. 4) To evaluate the appropriateness of quality Triology management model of the administrators of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the government inspectorate area 4. It is a combined method research. Studied the concept of quality Triology as a research framework. The sample group is administrators, teachers, and educational personnel in the government inspectorate area 4. A total of 400 people were recruited using a multi-stage sampling method. There are 3 types of tools used in the research: 1) interview form, 2) questionnaire, 3) focus group guideline. Data were analyzed using basic statistics. For qualitative data, document research was used, analyzed, synthesized and then used to write a descriptive narrative.             The research results found that: 1) General conditions regarding the administrators of the Primary Educational Service Area Office in the government inspectorate area 4., there is clear management of work in each department. But there were still problems with management that lacked continuity. 2) Analysis of the components of quality Triology management. There is a model consistency index value. Meets the specified criteria as follows: =29.78, df=22, p=0.12390, /df=1.35, GFI=0.99, AGFI =0.95 ,RMSEA=0.030, RMR=0.003  3) Quality Triology management model has 13 variables, 3 components: (1) planning component, (2) quality control component, and (3) quality improvement component. 4) The results of the model evaluation are appropriate, possible, accurate and useful for use.
