THE SCENARIO OF NOBLE EIGHTFOLD PATH-BASED CHARACTERISTICS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION DURING THE NEXT DECADE (2566-2575)

The purposes of this dissertation are to study the characteristics according to the principles of the Noble Path of primary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission in present condition , to study and evaluation of the characteristics according to the Noble Path principles of primary school administrators. under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the next decade (2023-2032). The research is conducted by the EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) methodology. The study is divided into 3 phases and the sample group includes 23 experts. The results of research find that: The characteristics according to the principles of the Noble Path of primary school administrators in the present condition provide 8 sides and 20 characteristics. The characteristics according to the Noble Path principles of primary school administrators in the next decade (2023-2032) have 8 sides 55 characteristics. The threefold includes moral percepts, meditation, and wisdom. Moral percepts are namely as 1) The Right Inspiration 2) The Right Morality and Ethics 3) The Right Communication 4) The Right Innovative Creativity 5) The Right Vision 6) The Right Determination and Diligence 7) The Right Mindfulness and 8) The Right Concentration. The Scenario of Noble Eightfold Path-based Characteristics of Primary School Administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission during the Next Decade (2566-2575) which are more useful and suitable with the most possibility.
The findings of this study could be the information for school administrators of Noble Eightfold Path-based Characteristics of Primary School Administrators which would be benefit for school.
