Abstract

Analysis of operational factors and production management is an essential part of business success. So that the organization can develop and improve operations and production efficiently. It plays an important role in developing and producing products or services with the highest quality and efficiency. Production operations management Emphasis on planning and controlling the production process. Create maximum productivity and profits in the organization Understanding and analyzing the factors affecting operations and production is critical to developing or solving problems. Because it affects the ability to produce better products or services and reduce production costs. Manufacturing operations analysis also helps organizations to continuously improve their processes and products. Therefore, these theories and concepts are presented. Therefore, we focus on management related to the manufacturing industry by presenting the following theories and concepts 1.) planning design, 2.) process improvement, 3.) human resource management, 4.) machinery management and maintenance, 5.) quality control, 6.) inventory management, 7.) production cost analysis and 8.) development of automatic production systems Analyzing operational and production factors can create the success and sustainability of a business. Helps organizations cost-effectively improve their production operations to increase efficiency and create sustainability in an increasingly competitive era.
