The data were analyzed using mean scores, and standard deviation, and evaluated the effectiveness of learning activities using the E1/E2 formula. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The result of the appropriateness assessment of the learning activity with a scenario-base was at the highest level (=4.59, S.D. = 0.24), and the effectiveness of equal 76.67/75.33. 2) The outcome of the learning activity with Scenario-based that: 2.1) Chinese communication skills of the students after learning activity with a scenario-base in the posttest were higher than the pretest at the .01 level. 2.2) Students develop Chinese communication skills from learning through close-to-truth situations. Face situations using Scenario-based learning activities that can be applied in daily or in the future. The research findings could be providing valuable information for researchers and teachers seeking effective learning management strategies to enhance and develop students' Chinese language communication skills.
