Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the current situation and problems of religious relationships in Nakhon Pathom province, and to create a guide for enhancing religious relations among religious leaders through the process of spiritual intelligence education. The research also evaluates the effectiveness of the guide in fostering harmony among religious leaders in Nakhon Pathom province through spiritual intelligence education. Data collection utilized a mixed-method approach, including document analysis, interviews, assessment of guide effectiveness, etc., involving religious leaders, religious organization managers, qualified personnel in religious relations, and spiritual intelligence education participants.
The research findings reveal that Nakhon Pathom province is a religiously pluralistic society, with Phra Pathom Chedi being the focal point of religious relationships. This landscape supports activities aimed at enhancing religious relations among religious leaders, especially along the religious relations path surrounding Phra Pathom Chedi. The relationships among religious leaders exhibit various characteristics, with limited activities fostering familiarity and intimacy among them. The guide's components include: 1) Key concepts related to the process of spiritual intelligence education 2) The importance of fostering religious relations among religious leaders in Nakhon Pathom province 3) Formats and methods of the process 4) Components of the process 5) Measurement and evaluation
6) Characteristics of the process 7) Locations for conducting the process 8) Duration of the process
The assessment results of the guide's effectiveness among the three qualified individuals yielded an overall average score of 4.37, with statistical significance at 0.85. For the seven religious leaders, the overall average score was 4.34, with statistical significance at 0.61. The practical training results in the enhancement of religious relations (such as love, harmony, understanding, communication, familiarity) showed an increase from 3.55 to 4.68 before and after the training, respectively. Similarly, the average score for harmony (including understanding, mutual agreement, forgiveness, acceptance of differences, and solidarity) increased from 3.59 to 4.64 before and after the training, respectively.
