The Development and Examine Quality of Work – Based Learning Model Through Strengthen Learning Outcomes on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (Tqf: Hed) of Undergraduate Students Technology (B.Tech) Chonburi Vocational College

The objectives of this research were to: 1) develop and examine the quality of work-based management model; and 2) evaluate the use of work-based management model through strengthen learning outcomes on Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education. This model proceeds by research and development. The key informants were 25 students in accounting subjects which register in Modern Management and Leadership course. The research instruments 1) lesson plan 2) learning needs questionnaire 3) model quality assessment 4) knowledge multiple choice test 5) skills assessment form 6) ethics assessment form 7) character assessment form and 8) satisfaction assessment form. Data analysis was percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent.
The results of this research indicated that: 1) develop and examine the quality of model found that 1.1) needs for work-based learning was at a highest level 1.2) the results to build model consisted of 3 steps were to develop conceptualization, experimentation, and reflection 1.3) results of the examine appropriateness and consistency of model was at the highest level. 2) evaluate the use of this model learning outcomes found that: 2.1) the posttest was higher pretest learning at a significant difference of 0.05, 2.2) the skills assessment was at the highest level, 2.3) the ethics assessment was at the highest level, 2.4) character assessment was at the high level and satisfaction of students was at the highest level. Knowledge received for using Work-Based Learning Model by the collaborative network must be created with educational institution network, private sector network and international networks as a result, students will have increased knowledge.
