DAVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE WRITING SKILL AND COMUNICATION WRITING ABILITY OF STUDENTS IN GRADE 10 BY ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES CREATIVE BASED LEARNING

Abstract

The research objectives were: 1) to develop the creative writing abilities of GRADE 10 students by using creative learning activities as a base, with a passing score of 80 percent, and 2) to increase the number of students passing the criteria by not less than 80 percent or more. The criteria are not less than 80 percent or more. The target group is GRADE 10 students at Ban Nong Chim (Sing Chan Bamrung) School under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 who are studying in the first semester of the academic year 2023, or 20 people by purposive sampling. It is a three-cycle action research project. Research tools are divided into three types: 1) tools used in action research, namely (1) a learning management plan to develop the creative writing abilities of GRADE 10 students by using Creative Learning Management (CBL), 12 plans, and 12 hours of time. (2) Learning Management Results Record Form (3) Student performance evaluation form 3) Research evaluation tools consisted of (1) student performance evaluation form by measuring ability. creative writing: it was a written opinion based on the situation of one item. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistics, namely mean, standard deviation, and percentage. Analyze data through content analysis.
The research results found that. 1) GRADE 10 students had creative writing ability scores. The average was 52.65, representing 87.75 percent of the full score, and there were 20 students who passed the criteria, representing 100 percent of the total number of students. which is higher than the specified criteria. 2) Students had an average score of communication writing performance equal to 13.10, representing 81.8 percent of the full score, and 20 students passed the criteria, representing 100 percent of the total number of students. which is higher than the specified criteria.
