The present research were to: 1) propose a guideline for academic affairs administration of ordinary national educational test 2) to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the approach to reinforce a academic affairs administration of ordinary national educational test. this research employed Quantitative Research. by studying the related document and the content about academic management and ordinary national educational test. The research methodology is divided into 2 steps. Step 1 is to propose a guideline for academic affairs administration of ordinary national educational test of school under phranakhon si ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1 by 5 experts in educational administration and has experience with ordinary national educational test selected by purposing sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and data were analyzed by finding index of item objective congruence (ioc). Step 2 is to evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the approach to academic affairs administration of ordinary national educational test of school under phranakhon si ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1. The participants were 123 directors selected by random sampling. The statistical tools used for data analysis were average score and standard deviation.
The results of the research indicate that the guideline for academic affairs administration of ordinary national educational test of school under phranakhon si ayutthaya primary educational service area office 1 1) there are content validity, 2) there suitable and feasible for practical implementation significantly high level.
The present research can use to a guideline for academic affairs administration of ordinary national educational test in school.
