Abstract

A study on the political communication process of Chadchart Sittipunt. A study from 2012 - 2022 aims to (1) to study the political context and the factors affecting Chadchart Sittipunt’s politics during the period 2012 – 2022 and (2) to study the process of political communication of Chadchart Sittipunt during the period 2012 – 2022 which the study used in-depth interview and documentary research from collecting various information including concepts, theories, reports, papers, articles, journals, related research As well as interviews through various print media to analysis and synthetic.
The results of the study show that Chadchart Sittipun’s good political communication results from his good background, family and education, making him a smart person. Have a good attitude to express can be seen from past work experience Including being academics, teachers, university administrators as well as private, company executives are a reflection of his diverse abilities These were all factors influencing his political communication process. By echoing through discourses lifestyle as well as the message that the media go out the guidelines or development policies through communication channels, both radio, television and online media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube to the recipient is the people.Which throughout the period on the political road starting from the year 2012-2014 Holds the position of Minister of Transport Later, during the year 2018-2019 as a candidate, Prime Minister of Pheu Thai Party. Until the year 2022, Mr. Chatchat won the election and has held the position of Bangkok Metropolitan Governor up to the present day. Regardless of the political era, Mr. Chatchat Sitthipan has consistently remained popular due to his down-to-earth image, accessibility, and hands-on approach to his work. He effectively engages with the public through political communication processes.
