DYNAMICS OF THE POST-CONSTITUTIONAL LAND REFORM MOVEMENT 60 : A CASE STUDY OF FARMERS' LANDLESS PROBLEMS IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

This research has the objectives to 1) Study the problem of lack of arable land for farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2) Study the farmers' movement for land reform after the 2017 constitution 3) Present land reform guidelines to solve the problem of lack of arable land among farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. There were 17 key informants. The tools used in the research were interviews, integrated research methods. A descriptive data analysis method was used.
The results of the research found that 1) The problem of not having land for farming among farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima Province It is the enforcement of the land reform law. Farmers who use land for agriculture become the owner or possessory rights of capitalists and farmers encroach on government land. 2) Farmers' movement for land reform after the 2017 constitution, with agricultural land reform. Promoting targeted and balanced use of land for agriculture with farmers in each area. Pushing the land reform project to be a national policy for rural development. 3) Land reform guidelines to solve the problem of lack of arable land for farmers in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. By adopting policies to reduce inequality and solve the problem of landlessness among farmers and poor people under the post-constitutional Land Reform 60, the goal is to reduce inequality and solve the problem of landlessness among farmers as well as promoting and developing careers according to the potential of the area for sustainable use of resources.
