Abstract

This paper studies the management of cooperation between private technology and vocational colleges and business establishments. This is considered an important foundation of modern education and human resource development. This collaboration will help bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application of theory. It has four important components: 1) managing cooperation between private technology and vocational colleges and enterprises, 2) cooperation processes, 3) cooperation management, and 4) formats for creating cooperation with enterprises.

Organizing cooperation between private technological and vocational colleges and enterprises is of great importance in promoting the development of vocational education and vocational training both domestically and in many countries. Cooperation has the form and Various methods according to the context and needs of both sides namely private technological and vocational colleges and business establishments. To be able to jointly develop the curriculum to benefit students and the labor market. And improving this curriculum is a response to the needs of enterprises in hiring personnel with knowledge and skills appropriate to the job, resulting in enterprises being able to cooperate with the College of Technology and Vocational Education. Private sector to employ students and provide opportunities for students to intern in business establishments. It enhances the work experience of students in developing skills and knowledge in related professional fields. Including the development of training courses that focus on actual practice to prepare personnel to provide services. Managing cooperation between private technology and vocational colleges and enterprises is beneficial to both parties and affects the development of skills and knowledge of personnel entering the labor market. Strengthening this cooperation is essential to promoting the country's long-term sustainable economic growth.
