Abstract

The development of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) is a project under the strategic plan. Thailand 4.0 focuses on spatial development in the first phase. It raises the level of 3 provinces, namely Chachoengsao, Chonburi and Rayong, to be leading economic zones. It is a gateway connecting Asia with systematic development. And consistent with sustainable development Drive the economy to support investment in industries that use advanced modern technology and create environmentally friendly innovations. Develop the country's competitiveness.
This academic article to understand the role of the development of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) by suggesting and creating a concept model using the concept of new public management (NPM) is widely used in the bureaucracy. But it may need further improvements to make it more efficient and effective.
