LAWS AND DEVELOPMENT OF POTENTIAL OF PEOPLE LAT PHRAO AREA, BANGKOK

The objectives of this research are 1) To study perception and use side of the law and the development of the potential of the people of Lat Phrao District, Bangkok 2) To study and analyze the differences between people who have legal knowledge and the potential development of people in Lat Phrao District, Bangkok, and 3) To study the law and apply it to the development of the potential of the people of Lat Phrao District, Bangkok. It is quantitative research. The sample group used in the research was 400 people in Bangkok. The research instrument was a questionnaire, which covered the content and objectives of the study according to the concept of primary and dependent variables. By using the variables that can be analyzed statistically, we create a questionnaire for collecting data with a group of informants. to gain in-depth information.
The research found that 1) The average weight for all 3 aspects of perception was 3.11. The S.D. value was 0.85, which can be interpreted as being at a high level. While attitude and skills are the top 2 areas with the highest average weight. Meanwhile Understanding has the lowest average weight. 2)The average weight for use in all 3 areas was equal to 3.05. The S.D. value was equal to 0.92. The results were considered to be at a moderate level. while the practical side and accuracy They are the top 2 sides with the highest average weight. Meanwhile Appropriateness has the lowest average weight. 3)The level of potential development and increasing knowledge has an average weight of all 5 areas equal to 3.09. The S.D. value is equal to 0.93, which can be interpreted as being at a moderate level. while adapting has the highest average weight, followed by social conditions, increasing efficiency and related agencies The quality development section had the lowest average weight.
