PROMOTING THE CREATIVE CULTURE OF YOUTHS IN YANG NOENG SUB-DISTRICT, SARAPHI DISTRICT, CHIANG MAI PROVINCE.

This article has the objectives 1) to study the creative culture of Yang Noeng sub-district community, 2) to develop the creative culture of Yang Noeng sub-district youth, and 3) to present a model for creative culture development of Yang Noeng sub-district youth. The research model is a Qualitative Research. The research area is Yang Noeng Subdistrict, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province. Key informants were divided into 2 groups: 1) individual interviewees, 18 photos/person 2) focus group informants, 7 photos/person, by using purposive selection method. Research tools were interview forms, data analysis by content analysis and descriptive writing.
The results showed that; 1) Comparative culture today is Giving the Pat Lottery is a requirement for the community of people in Yang Naing Subdistrict for this reason and please follow these rules. Don't forget to meet other activities to offer lottery tickets. 2) Creative culture development by organizing training activities and role-playing activities By allowing youths and parents to play a role in the traditional activities of offering lottery tickets from the first step to the last step It contributes to the development of knowledge for the youth, which leads to the development of a creative culture. 3) Development model by using an integrated, participatory model between religious organizations Educational institutions, social organizations and families create knowledge and understanding. as well as the wisdom to the creative arts and creative culture of Yang Noeng sub-district youths.
The body of knowledge from the research found that Each area has different landscapes, traditions and cultures. Which leads to the development of youth into a creative culture that shows cultural traditions that are unique in that area.
