DIGITAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MODEL FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER MUKDAHAN PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

The research aimed to 1) Study the components, study a present, desirable characteristic. The informant group consisted of 9experts selected by purposive sampling. The sample group was school administrators 152 by stratified sampling, and the group of informants in the study of a model development guidelines of 6 experts selected by purposive sampling. 2) Set a model, The informant group consisted of 9 experts selected by purposive sampling. 3) Implement a model The target group is school administrators, 14 people, by willing. 4) Assessment a model, The group of informants were school administrators, 14 people, purposive sampling. Tools used were suitability questionnaires, current condition questionnaire desirable condition, interview form, focus group form, possibility suitability questionnaire, quiz, behavioral level questionnaire, efficiency questionnaire, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage. mean and standard deviation and Priority Needs Index by PNImodified.
The results were as follows : 1) The current condition is moderate. The desirable condition was at the highest level. Priority Needs No. 1 Digital Leadership Vision.2) A model Consists of 5 parts as follows: Part 1 Principles and objectives of the model Part 2 Contents of the model comprising vision, leadership in the digital age, digital skills, creativity Motivation teamwork Create a learning organization, part 3, development process, part 4, evaluation, and part 5, conditions for success. is appropriate and feasible at the highest level. 3) Result of Implement a model Knowledge assessment score after participating in the development higher than the knowledge assessment score before participating in the development, The behavioral level after development was higher than that before development. 4) A model, usefulness at the highest level. and satisfaction with the model at the highest level. This model will be used to develop educational institution administrators to develop leadership qualities in the digital age for quality educational institution management in all jurisdictions
