DEVELOP GUIDELINES FOR DENTAL DAPARTMENT MANAGEMENT OF PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DENTAL CLINICS IN BANGKOK AREA FOR USERS OF SOCIAL SECURITY RIGHTS

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effect of dental policy on dental department management changes, 2) to study factors affecting dental department management, and 3) to develop guidelines for dental department management. Of private hospitals and dental clinics in Bangkok area for users of social security rights. It was a qualitative research. Data were collected by focus groups and interviews. The key informants were 4 government agencies related to dentistry, 10 administrators of private hospitals and dental clinics, and 10 dental service recipients,
The results of the study revealed that 1) Planning Policies should be established to support operations through the development of information technology. The service process ends at one point. Develop unique service policies. 2) Organization. Sufficient personnel in each department. Use of integrated health systems. 3) In terms of command, there are specialists or doctors who work at least 40 hours a week, actively provide services, and understand customers. 4) Coordinate and prepare online and print media, manage and disseminate knowledge, with staff guidance and control. Define performance monitoring and reporting processes. Customers can assess satisfaction.
