Abstract

This research article has the objectives 1) to study the current state and problems of the process of driving participation networks of civil society, local government organizations, and educational institutions in strengthening good governance, including the factors that are repulsion and resistance; 2) To develop a network of action models to engage civil society, local governments, and educational institutions in enhancing good governance; 3) To develop and test the efficiency of the participation network operating model for civil society, local government organizations, and educational institutions in enhancing good governance. This research is a participatory action research, investigating participatory and network concepts as a research framework. The samples were sub-district administrative organizations and schools. A total of 154 key informants, including Local administrators and local councils, school administrators, community leaders, students, and citizens, were selected using purposive sampling. Research tools consisted of group discussion and interview. Data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive writing.

          The research results are as follows. 1) Current conditions and problems of the mobilization process - Participation networks of both areas are grouped together in the form of potential occupational networks, ready with social capital that drives people in the area. Take part. Resistance is the awareness to work together to develop the community together. 2) Models are developed through analyzing local contexts, planning operations, implementing plans, monitoring, as well as summarizing and deriving lessons to form a participation network operating model in strengthening good governance. 3) The participatory network action model, the civil society sector, the local government sector, and the educational sector have accepted that the participatory network action model is appropriate and can be implemented.
