Education Management Strategy in Private Enterprises in the Northeast Region

Abstract

The research aimed to 1) Study current conditions, desirable condition and needs. The informant group consisted of 7 experts, by purposive sampling. The sample group was executive and head of planning department 87 people, by stratified sampling, and the group of informants in the study of private establishment, executive and head of planning department of 6 people were selected by purposive sampling. 2) Set a strategy in private enterprises in the northeast region, The informant group consisted of 9 experts selected by purposive sampling. 3) Implement a strategy The target group is executives and department heads, 5 people, by willing. 4) Assessment the efficiency of strategy, The group of informants were executives and department heads, 5 people, by purposive sampling. Tools used in data collection Including component suitability questionnaire, current condition questionnaire desirable condition, interview form, suitability questionnaire, quiz, behavior questionnaire, questionnaire efficiency, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The current condition and the desired condition form Statistics used in data analysis are percentage. Average and standard deviation and Priority Needs Index.

          The results were as follows : 1)Current condition at medium level, desirable condition at the highest level, and the number one need for planning. Objectives. 2)Strategy consists of Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategy, Consisting of 4 main strategy, 8 secondary strategy, 38 guidelines, Implementation of strategies, and Strategic control. The result of suitability assessment was at the highest level. 3) Knowledge assessment score after participating in the development It was higher than the knowledge assessment score before joining the development. The behavior after the development was higher than before the development. 4) Efficiency suitability and usefulness of the strategy at the highest level and the level of satisfaction was at the highest level.
