INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF TEACHERS IN EDUCATION EFFICIENCY GROUP OF SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER NETWORK GROUP 1

This exploratory research’s objectives were to 1) investigate the innovation leadership of teachers in centers network group, and 2) to compare innovation leadership of teachers in educational efficiency group of special education center network group 1 classified by major and work experience. The study had adapted the concept of innovation leadership factors from Marron and Cunniff (2014) as its framework, because this concept had covered other academic researchers’ concepts. The population and sample were teachers in educational efficiency group of special education centers network group 1 in the semester B.E. 2565 and selected 270 teachers by proportional stratified random sampling. Questionnaire was implemented as the research tool and statistics used to analyze the data were; mean, standard deviation, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA.
The results showed that: 1) the innovation leadership of teachers in educational efficiency group of special education centers network group 1 was at high level. Including ‘innovation creativity’, which has the highest average. And 2) teachers in educational efficiency group of special education centers network group 1 with different work experience had different innovation leadership at significance level of .05 and teachers with different major had different innovation leadership at non-significance level of .05.
