Abstract

The research aimed to 1) Study the components, study a present, desirable characteristic. The informant group consisted of 7experts selected by purposive sampling. The sample group was school administrators and private school teachers 230 by stratified sampling, and the group of informants in the study of schools with good practices, namely school administrators and the chief academic teacher of 6 people were selected by purposive sampling. 2) Set a model, The informant group consisted of 9 experts selected by purposive sampling. 3) Implement a model The target group is school administrators and private school teachers, 10 people, by willing. 4) Assessment a model, The group of informants were school administrators and private school teachers, 10 people, purposive sampling. Tools used were suitability questionnaires, current condition questionnaire desirable condition, interview form, focus group form, possibility suitability questionnaire, quiz, behavioral level questionnaire, efficiency questionnaire, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage. mean and standard deviation and Priority Needs Index by PNI modified.

           The results were as follows : 1)The current state of participatory management administrators to improve the quality of education of private schools under the office of education region 12, The desirable condition was at the highest level. and the number 1need for participation in decision making.2) A model consists of 5 parts: Part 1: principles and objectives of the model Part 2: contents of the model, participation in decision making, participation in practice, participation benefits, participation in the evaluation, Part 3: mechanism of a model, Part 4: evaluation, and Part 5 success conditions assessment results on suitability and feasibility at the highest level. 3) Result of Implement a model Knowledge assessment score after participating in the development higher than the knowledge assessment score before participating in the development, The behavioral level after development was higher than that before development. 4) A model, usefulness at the highest level. and satisfaction with the model at the highest level.
