THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION PROBLEMS OF SCHOOLS EXTENDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY UNDER CHACHOENGSAO PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The research objectives were 1) to investigate the academic administration problems of schools extending educational opportunity under Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2, 2) to compare the perceptions of teachers towards the academic administration problems of schools extending educational opportunity under Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2 according to work experience. Can study topics that require a review of the curriculum of basic education as a research framework. The sample of this study was 276 teachers in the semester of B.E. 2565 of schools extending educational opportunity under Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2. Questionnaire was implemented to collect data, while the statistical tools were mean, standard deviation, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA.
The findings revealed that : 1) Teachers perceived the overall of the academic administration problems of schools extending educational opportunity under Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2 to be at medium level. As to consider each factor, the factor that issued the most was ‘development or operation of the feedback provision on local curriculum development’, whereas the factors that issued the least were ‘school’s curriculum development’ and ‘academic planning’ 2)Teachers with different work experience perceived the academic administration problems of schools extending educational opportunity under Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2 differently at significance level of .05.
The research results suggested that Teachers in educational opportunities extension schools, Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 should pay more attention to academic management problems. Specialized in developing or working on providing opinions on local curriculum development to encourage academic work to be more efficient.
