Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the conditions and needs of online training forms integrated with learning activities, case studies and cooperative learning for an introductory ophthalmology course to increase analytical thinking skills for ophthalmology for professional nurses. 2) To develop an online training. 3) To try out an online training 4) to inquire about satisfaction.

          This research tools consisted of: 1) A structured interview on the needs of training personnel. 3) A media assessment from 4) A test to measure the training outcomes for professional nurses. 5) An observing behavior Cooperative group activity practice 6) An analytical thinking ability assessment form 7) A quality assessment form and certify the form of online training 8) The satisfaction assessment form. Basic stats used in the research were mean(), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, IOC concordance index, percentage value, difficulty analysis. The test’s discrimination power (P) , the test’s reliability (R) were analyzed using KR-20. The results of the research revealed that: 1) The result of the study of the condition and the need for online training , the assessment results were at a very good level ( =4.82, S.D.= 0.19). 2) The results of the develop , the quality assessment results were at a very good level ( =4.61, S.D.=0.55). 3) Online training participants, scores before training ( =13.54, S.D.=2.10) and score after training ( =26.26, S.D.= 1.38). The test score after training increased statistically significantly at the .05 level. 4) Satisfaction of online participants , had an overall average of very good ( =4.60, S.D.=0.43).
