The purposes of this study were to explore teachers’ perspective in the role of school administrator in encouraging a learning organization and compare their perspective by educational background, work experience and school size in digital era under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2. The research framework has studied concept from Peter M. Senge and the digital era. The study group consisted of 365 teachers working in schools under the office of Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area2 in academic year 2022. The sample sizes were determined by Cohen’s table and sampling by stratified random according to the size of the school and then using a simple random sampling by proportional allocation. The research instrument were five rating scale questionnaires with the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.982 .The statistical analyses were perform using mean, percentage, and standard deviation. To compared between groups, the independent sample t test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe test were used for analysis.
The result showed the overall attribute of the school administrators in encouraging a learning organization were rated at the high level by the teachers, which the highest dimension was personal mastery. The teachers’ perspective compared by school size were different in each and every aspect at statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
