Abstract

This research article aims to study teachers' perceptions of the transformational leadership of school administrators in the Sriputth School Group, affiliated with the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Additionally, it aims to compare teachers' perceptions of the transformational leadership of school administrators in the Sriputth School Group, categorized by educational qualifications, work experience, and school size. The sample consisted of 234 teachers in the Sriputth School Group. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, with a content validity index between 0.80 and 1.00 and a reliability score of 0.984. Statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The findings revealed that: (1) The overall level of transformational leadership of school administrators, as perceived by teachers in the Sriputth School Group, was high. (2) Comparison results showed that: (2.1) teachers with different educational qualifications had no significant difference in their perceptions of the transformational leadership of administrators overall and in specific aspects; (2.2) teachers with different work experiences showed statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in their perceptions of administrators' transformational leadership, both overall and in specific aspects, except for individualized consideration; and (2.3) teachers working in schools of different sizes had no significant difference in their perceptions of administrators' transformational leadership overall and in specific aspects.
