TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AS PERCEIVED BY SCHOOL TEACHERS KRUNGTHONTAI GROUP UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN

This research article aims to: 1) study the technology leadership of school administrators and 2) compare the technology leadership of school administrators as perceived by teachers in the Krung Thon Tai school group, affiliated with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, categorized by educational level, work experience, and school size. This is a survey research study. The sample consisted of 333 teachers from the Krung Thon Tai school group during the 2022 academic year. The sample selection followed Cohen's formula, with stratified proportional sampling for each stratum and simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the technology leadership of school administrators, with a reliability score of 0.976. The statistical methods used were mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and pairwise comparison of mean scores using Scheffé’s method. The findings revealed that:
1) The overall and individual aspects of technology leadership of school administrators were at a high level. 2) The comparison of the technology leadership level of school administrators, as perceived by teachers from schools of different sizes, showed statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level, except for vision, technology leadership, technology use in administration and operations, and technology use in learning assessment, which showed no significant differences. Teachers' perceptions of technology leadership of administrators did not differ based on their educational level or work experience
