Abstract

A study on developing professional competency assessment tools for students in the Vocational Certificate Program in Retail Business (Bilateral) of the Food Passion Learning Center studies. Development of Professional Standards Assessment Tools for Vocational Certificate Program (Bilateral) Retail Business Branch of food and service business of Food Passion Learning Center To ensure quality and standards and consistent with actual situations or contexts This research was conducted in the vocational certificate program (vocational certificate) 2019 of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. Statistical value according to the test for 0131 Comply with the principles of hygiene and hygiene in restaurants 2. Value Statistically based on the purpose of the 0132 test, cleaning food handling equipment and work areas. 3. Statistical values according to the test for 0133 provide customer care services according to the standards set. 4. Statistical value based on the test to provide financial services in restaurants. 5. Statistical values according to the test for 0130 provide services and service areas to customers. It was consistent with the mean scores of students in the Vocational Diploma Program in Retail Business (Bilateral) of the Food Passion Learning Center. Correlation (Correlation) between the pre-test and post-test scores of students in the Vocational Diploma Program in Retail Business (Bilateral) of the Food Passion Learning Center. The t-statistic value is .000, which is less. Then the statistical significance level of 0.05, indicating that the test scores before and after studying were related and when students in the Vocational Diploma Program (Vocational Certificate) in Retail Business (Bilateral) of the Food Passion Learning Center were able to After taking the teaching according to the objectives, the post-test scores increased significantly at the .05 level.
