Abstract

          This academic article emphasizes the importance of human resources that can learn and develop their potential endlessly, which is beneficial to educational work aims to explain the guidelines for retention and loyalty to the organization as follows: 1) to study the concept of retention and loyalty to the organization of personnel under Rajamangala University of Technology 2) Guidelines for retention and loyalty to the organization of personnel Affiliated with Rajamangala University of Technology. Currently, the educational management of the University of Technology Rajamangala relies on human resource management that focuses on participative processes to retain personnel and foster loyalty to the organization. Which is an important factor that makes education management successful.

          This academic article the author presents concepts and guidelines for maintaining loyalty. To the organization of personnel under the Rajamangala University of Technology takes into account the following important factors: 1) organizational structure 2) work environment 3) relationships with supervisors, 4) relationships with colleagues 5) organizational culture and 6) stability and career advancement to maintain personnel to work with the organization for a long time This ensures that the organization does not lose knowledgeable and capable people. and important elements that strengthen the minds of personnel to make the organization successful and achieve its goals, the organization must strengthen loyalty to the organization among personnel in various areas, including: 1) Behaviors expressed 2) Perceptions 3) Responsibility persist 4) Attitude and 5) Norm  

The results of the analysis found that Rajamangala University of Technology plays an important role in the country's education. Executives at all levels must ensure that good quality personnel stay and work and make benefits to the organization for as long as possible and are an important force in education management.
