DEVELPING A MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR SMALL-SIZED SCHOOLS USING THE COMMUNITY-BASED LEARNING

The objectives of the research article is 1) to develop a management model to improve the quality of education in small schools. using the community-based learning; and 2) to assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the management development model to enhance the quality of education in small schools. using the community-based learning. The research was conducted in four steps: 1) analyze documents and research related management to improve the quality of education in small schools using the community-based learning to define the components and indicators 2) develop the components and research indicators using Delphi technique, 3) interviewed 21 experts to obtain additional suggestions, and 4) evaluate opinions of 150 school administrators and teachers. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, median, and quartile Interquartile range
The results show that: 1) Development of management style elements to enhance the quality of education in small schools using the community-based learning in all 4 areas: General administration; Teacher development, Teaching and learning development and the Development of relationships between schools and communities. 2) The results of the evaluation show that the management components to improve the quality of education in small schools using the community-based learning is all of the above and is at a high level
