ACHIEVEMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE OF WAT RAI KHING MUNICIPALITY, SAMPRAN DISTRICT, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

The present research aimed to (1) examine the level of public service delivery of Wat Rai Khing Municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province and (2) investigate the relationship between personal factors and the level of public service delivery of Wat Rai Khing Municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The research design adopted was quantitative, and the study population consisted of the residents of Wat Rai Khing Municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, which was comprised of 4,759 individuals. The sample size was determined using the tables of Craig and Morgan, resulting in a sample of 391 participants. Data was collected through questionnaires, and statistical analysis was performed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The findings showed that (1) the level of public service delivery of Wat Rai Khing Municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province was moderate, with an average score of 3.36. When separated by aspects, the delivery of education, religion and culture, and service and community service was found to be high, with mean scores of 3.96 and 3.63 respectively. Meanwhile, the delivery of public health and environment was moderate, with mean scores of 3.31 and 2.90 respectively. (2) The relationship between personal factors and the level of public service delivery was found to be significant only with respect to the educational level, while factors such as gender, age, occupation, housing type, and length of stay in the area were found to have no significant relationship with the overall public service delivery.
