MANAGEMENT TO ENHANCE THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS FOR MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of this research paper were 1) to compare the operational efficiency of the building construction business of medium-sized enterprises in Thailand classified by organizational characteristics and 2) to analyze the factors affecting the operating efficiency of the construction business. Construction of buildings for medium-sized enterprises in Thailand This research is quantitative research. The sample group used in the research was 226 building contractors in the medium-sized enterprises group in Thailand. The statistics used for data analysis were as follows: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis were analyzed by using Adjusted R2, F and t statistics.

In the operation of building construction business for medium-sized enterprises in Thailand in all 4 areas, classified by organization location Overall, no difference was found. When analyzing each aspect, it was found that the operational efficiency of the building construction business of medium-sized enterprises in Thailand, in terms of customers and internal operations, differ according to the organization's location. with statistical significance at the level of .01 and .05 2) The five management factors can jointly explain the change in the operating efficiency of the building construction business of medium-sized enterprises in Thailand as a whole. 69.70 each with statistical significance at the level of .01 and .05.
