The research population consisted of 232 schools recognized as world-class standard schools certified by the Office of the Basic Education Quality Awards (OBECQA). The sample size was determined and based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table, resulting in a sample of 148 secondary schools in Thailand selected through stratified random sampling. Kanchanapisek Wittayalai Nakhon Pathom School (Pratamnak Suankularb Matthayom) was the specific school used as a model for this research. The research procedures consisted of four steps as follows: (1) investigating the components of academic administration necessary for achieving world-class standard quality, (2) designing and developing a model of academic administration aligned with world-class standard quality, (3) obtaining the results of the development of academic administration model towards world-class standard quality, and (4) assessing the model’s academic administration model in achieving world-class standard quality. The respondents for the questionnaires were selected through purposive sampling and stratified random sampling. The research instruments were semi-structured interviews, opinionnaires, focus group discussions, and questionnaires to validate the research findings. The statistical methods employed for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Content Analysis. The findings of this research included: (1) the identification of components essential for the model of academic administration to attain world-class standard quality, which encompassed academic leadership, quality process management, the establishment of a professional learning community, and the formation of cluster partnerships towards world-class standard quality, and (2) confirmation of the model’s accuracy, suitability, feasibility, and usefulness in achieving world-class standard quality in academic administration.
