In this research article, the researchers aimed to study approaches and guidelines for enhancing operational motivation within the organization. The objectives were to improve the motivation and performance of judicial officials under the Office of the Chief Justice Region 4; to analyze the issues and obstacles affecting their performance, and to suggest guidelines for strengthening operational incentives for court officials. This research employed a quantitative methodology with a sample of 184 court officials under the Office of the Chief Justice Region 4, using a questionnaire as the research tool. The statistical methods used for data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics such as Frequency, Percentage, Standard Deviation, and Correlation Analysis.
The findings found that, from an overall perspective, judicial officials under the Office of the Chief Justice Region 4 were motivated. Most of them expressed satisfaction with the increased green space within the courthouse, as well as with the fair and appropriate salary promotion system. Additionally, it revealed that judicial officials were more content with their work when they were able to achieve their goals. Regarding the challenges and obstacles affecting operational motivation, the research identified issues like insufficient human resources, an overwhelming workload, and disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. These factors contributed to a decrease in operational motivation. Furthermore, the study highlighted the need for training to enhance the knowledge of judicial officials in utilizing digital technology to support their work and streamline processes. It also suggested increasing compensation and providing various welfare benefits for judicial officials of the Court of Justice, along with considering repatriation as a means to boost operational morale and save on travel costs.
