Abstract

Well-preparation in tourism safety has played an important role in serving the tourists’ travelling requirements. Most importantly, this article manly focused on presenting the on-going guideline for tourists’ safety management in Thailand, which involved with coastal safety, land safety, as well as life and asset safety management. In order to be served for the tourists’ mutual satisfactions, however, this guideline together with its technological applications for tourists’ effective safety management could help better the tourists’ safety management in different tourist attractions in Thailand. These results are compared with those of other studies, such as empirical study carried out at various tourist locations and Thailand Tourism data on tourists' perceptions of the nation's tourism facilities. It is recommended, in light of the findings, that the tourism sector and law enforcement organizations coordinate their efforts to enhance Thailand's systems for preventing crime.
