AN ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION MODEL FOR DEVELOPING PROACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT FOR TEACHERS AT WAT RANGKUMYARD SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON PATHOM ELEMENTARY SERVICE AREA OFFICE DISTRICT 2

This research article has the following objectives: 1) to study the problem and the need to develop, 2) to examine the components and formulate, 3) to investigate the results of using, and 4) to assess the academic administration model for developing proactive learning management for teachers at Wat Rangkumyard School. The research results showed that executives and teachers had overall opinions on the current situation regarding academic administration for developing proactive learning management for teachers at a moderate level. The academic administration model for developing proactive learning management for teachers at Wat Rangkumyard School consisted of six elements: (1) principles; (2) objectives; (3) elements of the teaching professional learning community; including 1) administrative and academic leadership, 2) teamwork, 3) development of the school curriculum, 4) Active learning management process, 5) Digital system for academic administration, and 6) Research and development; (4) The 5-step learning process, including analysis stage, planning stage, teaching and observation stage, reflection stage, and revise stage; (5) measurement and evaluation; and (6) conditions for success. The results of implementing the academic administration model for developing proactive learning management for teachers at Wat Rangkumyard School revealed the following: (1) The quality of the proactive learning management plan for teachers at Wat Rangkumyard School received the highest overall assessment, (2) Teachers' proactive learning management development received the highest overall assessment, and (3) Achievements/work of Wat Rang Kam Yard School students received the highest overall assessment. Finally, the assessment of the academic administration model for developing proactive learning management for teachers at Wat Rangkumyard School in terms of need, benefits, appropriateness, and feasibility received the highest overall assessment.
