KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BANG SARAY SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, SATTAHIP DISTRICT, CHONBURI PROVINCE

This research article was quantitative research. The research area was Bangsaray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. The sample was 185 personnel of Bangsaray Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province, using the purposive selection method. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using percentages, averages, and standard deviation.
The research results found that: 1) Personal factors towards knowledge management in the development of Bangsaray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province was found that the majority of respondents were male, 130 people is equals to 70.27 percent and female, 55 people is equals to 29.73 percent. The age group were between 41 - 50 years, 67 people is equals to 36.21 percent, there were 97 people with a bachelor's degree, which is equals to 52.43 percent and had a low average monthly income of 10,001 - 20,000 baht, 83 people is equals to 44.86 percent. 2) Knowledge management in the overall development of Bangsaray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province was at a high level when considering each item, it was found that every item was at a high level. The top three rankings could be ordered from highest to lowest as follows: the development was at a high level, followed by education, and the aspect with the lowest average was training.
