The Objectives of this research article were to study The aim of this research was to study about health literacy, motivation to prevention and social support, which were the the causal relationship model of factors influencing the performance of village health volunteers of COVID-19 prevention and control in the Region Health 10 Ministry of Public Health. The total number of samples were 624; all of whom were above 20 years people using multistage randomization. Data were collected using a questionnaire, reliability 0.901 The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and part analysis (Structural Equation Modeling : SEM). The result of research were found as follows: Health literacy, Motivation to prevention, social support and The aim of this research was to study about health literacy, motivation to prevention and social support, which were the the causal relationship model of factors influencing the performance of village health volunteers of COVID-19 was consistent with the empirical data. Chi-Square and motivation to prevention social support and commitment to the community had a direct influence The variables in the influence path model were able to account for 78 Suggestions from this research should be given to public health officials and relevant agencies Emphasis is placed on the development and promotion of village health volunteers to be able to perform their roles and duties appropriately and efficiently.
