Abstract

This research aims to 1) To study the policy of developing intelligent electronics according for small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs. in the Eastern Industrial Zone 2) To analyze the results of the policy for the development of intelligent electronics according for small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs. in the Eastern Industrial Zone 3)To find guidelines for developing policies for the development of intelligent electronics according for small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs in the Eastern Industrial Zone The study was conducted in the form of qualitative research. The sample groups used in the study were Group 1, representatives from the Federation of Thai Industries, Group 2, representatives from factories that manufacture and assemble smart electronic components. By choosing from small and medium-sized industrial plants, Group 3, academics with expertise in new industries, amounting to 20 people and conducting a small group discussion with criteria for selecting key informants to participate in the discussion. group In this regard, the researcher chose a specific key informant. consisting of 2 representatives from the Federation of Thai Industries, 2 representatives from factories that produce and assemble intelligent electronic components, and 2 academicians with expertise in new industries.

The results of the research showed that 1) Smart Electronic Development Policy for Small and Medium Business Entrepreneurs In the eastern industrial zone found that the development policy of intelligent electronics It is consistent with the development of the industry into the future, which is to strengthen the industrial network. by driving the industry together with the government and accelerating the ease of doing business in both the public and private sectors including setting up a transfer center for modern production technology Increase the competitiveness of Thai industries by supporting the development of electronic robots and automated production systems. 2) The results of the policy for the development of smart electronics for SME in the Eastern industrial zone revealed that the smart electronics development policy has made entrepreneurs and personnel have high performance. both in terms of production skills management, technology and innovation; application of science; Innovative and digital technologies in product development and industrial production efficiency and 3) Policy development guidelines for the development of intelligent electronics for SME In the Eastern Industrial Zone, it was found that the government should provide support for funding sources and link the utilization of funding sources. Encourage research and development of appropriate technology Provide operators access to tools and equipment by developing a centralized database system. for entrepreneurs to have access to information and knowledge various benefits Improve laws, regulations, and investment privileges. and tax measures especially import duties and provide training to enhance skills in various fields with ease To develop the standards of the Industrial Council of the provinces in the east to be accepted by the Federation of Thai Industries until leading to an important industrial database of the eastern provinces and Thailand next
