Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the components of the development model of basic education innovation management2, to develop the management system of the development model of basic education innovation management3, to evaluate the development model of basic education innovation management. The research was conducted in 4 steps: Step 1, study the composition of the development model of basic education innovation management from documents and interview with 7 experts in basic education administration; Step 2, development of management development model. Basic Educational Innovation Assessment by seven electronic platform innovators Step 3 to assess the development model of basic education innovation management. The sample consisted of 380 school administrators, supervisors and educational personnel.

The results showed that the development model of innovation management in basic education in the digital era with electronic platforms consisted of 1) the inputs for the development of innovation management model with electronic platforms with mixed media innovations to be used in administration 2) There is a platform implemented using the PDCA management process 3) There is an evaluation of the development model system for the development of basic educational innovation management. The five groups involved are system designers, system managers, system analysts, system administrators, and system buyers. As for the overall management system assessment results, the average was at a very good level.
