GUIDELINES FOR EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF FRACTICAL NURSING IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the competence of Practical Nursing in government nursing colleges and higher education institutions in Thailand and abroad. 2) To study the condition and problems of the management of healthcare business education and Practical Nursing in vocational schools and Nursing colleges in the government; and 3) To study the guidelines for educational management in the field of Practical Nursing in vocational schools. The research population consists of Practical Nursing certificate programs that are accredited and abroad 25 experts, 45 nursing home business teachers and 154 teachers at Boromarajonani College of Nursing. and educational management guidelines for group meetings. The data were analyzed using content analysis, percentage, arithmetic mean. and standard deviation.
The results showed that There were 3 aspects of Practical Nursing competency: 1) Tearners recognized by the Nursing Council. 2) The competence of teachers and 3) the competence of teaching and learning management. As for the condition and problems of the health care business education management of the teachers of vocational schools, the overall condition of the health care establishments was at the high level. μ = 4.16, σ = .83, the problems encountered were at the lowest level. μ = 1.78, σ. = .57 As for the condition and problems of Practical Nursing education management of Boromarajonani College teachers. The overall condition was at a high level, μ = 4.21, σ = .43, the overall problem was at a low level, μ = 2.60, σ = .43, respectively. It was found that there were 2 approaches: 1) Opening an educational institution in a vocational nursing college; 2) Preparing vocational personnel for admission to the field of Practical Nursing education by the Nursing Council certified.
