Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. to compare teachers' knowledge about building a professional learning community for Thai teachers and teaching styles using SQRC reading and high-level thinking strategies before and after the formation. learning community
2. To study the teaching management abilities of teachers in building a professional learning community by using the SQRC high-level reading and thinking guiding strategy teaching model.
3. To develop the critical reading achievement of Mathayomsuksa 3 students who studied using the guided reading and thinking strategy learning model, the post-study SQRC was higher than before and the post-study achievement. in the criteria of 75% 4. To study the opinions of Thai teachers towards building a professional learning community and teaching styles of SQRC guiding reading and thinking strategies.
The results of the research found that
1. Teacher's knowledge about creating a professional learning community for Thai teachers and teaching styles by Use teachers' SQRC reading and thinking guiding strategies after building a professional learning community. higher than before creating a professional learning community
2. Teachers' teaching-management competence in building a professional learning community by using a teaching model, guiding reading and thinking strategies, 75% of teachers passed the criteria.
3. The critical reading ability of Mathayomsuksa 3 students studying using the SQRC Guided Reading and Thinking Strategies Learning Style was statistically significantly higher than before the learning management. Level .05 and the critical reading ability of Grade 3 students after SQRC learning management passed 75%.
4. The opinions of Thai teachers towards building a professional learning community and teaching style of teaching guiding strategies for high level reading and thinking, SQRC of teachers were at the highest level.
