CHANGE MANAGEMENT MODEL AFFECTS TO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN PRIVATE

Abstract

In this research study Aims to study 1) the level of human resource management 2) Analyzing the collaborative management process and organizational changes that affect human resource management. 3) Propose guidelines for human resource management of private schools. Research methodology used mixed method. Population were teacher in private schools Ratchaburi province 31 institutions, amount 1,775 people. Sample size by Taro Yamane formula amount 320 people. Interview with the executive director amount 20 people and data analysis of content analysis technique. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis statistics.
The research founded that:
1. Human Resource Management level overall at a high level. Consider each aspect, building trust in the executive has the highest average. Secondary level fear reduction site, making employees feel more self-important site. 2) Analyzing the collaborative management process and organizational changes that affect human resource management in 4 factors structure, technology, people, a culture that effects change management, affects to human resource management in the private schools Ratchaburi province 98.5 percent, statistically significant at .05. 3) Propose guidelines for human resource management of the private schools Ratchaburi province were (1) Supports knowledge training in change management. (2) All sectors have participated in school management. (3) Indicator development, characteristics of change management of private schools. (4) Personnel understands the management concepts and educational institutions in change.
