Abstract

In this research study Aim to study the management of balance between body and mind to improve the quality of life of employees by using prayer : a case study of Metta Pracharak Hospital and Sanphran Hospital by using a qualitative research methodology The researcher used methods to study documents and research ideas. In-depth interviews consisted of 30 person and a group discussion of 7 person. Data were collected using an interview form. in-depth interview and group chat using explanatory and descriptive data analysis methods.

The results showed that

Working happily or creating happiness in a person's work Relying on both elements of individual attributes and environmental factors in the organization and society Personal qualities are fundamentally based on skills in building relationships to ensure a smooth work experience. As for the environment in the organization, it must encourage adaptation and maintain a balance in creating happiness as well. Therefore, happy workers should pay attention to development factors at both the individual and organizational levels. This will lead to the creation of behavior and culture that responds to creating happiness in the organization. It was found that the model for managing the balance between the body and the mind to improve the quality of life by using the prayers of the staff of Metta Pracharak Hospital and the hospital Sampran Nurse arising from the integration activities to create a balance between the concept of promoting well-being in the workplace The elements are: 1. Health and safety of the physical environment at work; 2. Health, safety and well-being of the psychosocial environment at work. including management systems and organizational culture; 3. Resources for personal health in the workplace; and 4. Community access channels to improve employee health. Employee's family and concepts based on the four foundations of mindfulness, namely Kayanupassana, Vedananupassana chittanupassana and Dhammanupassana
